I can relate to this article im in management and thinking of leaving after 8 years. The companies policies became so strict that I find myself mentally drained and unhappy, I have to wear a mask for the sake of my employees' training online sessions it just becomes so much. But for eight years, I told myself im not a quitter. Great article thank you
